I have a weird relationship with my phone. Maybe you do too. I have tried and I have failed more times than I can count to treat my phone as a tool and not an appendage. Today I take you on my journey to find quiet spaces as a member of this high-tech society who just can’t keep up. Broadway lyrics and a stranger’s google search, they both made for some good fuel to my fire.

Oh, I so love the way you cut through the shouting back and forth from the extremes and earnestly asked these real questions about social media and how it’s affecting us. I so resonated with what you were sharing on this and in the moving poem at the end. I want to try some of your suggestions for finding this silence and peace. 🙏
