Episode 44: Painting Hope with Operation Underground Railroad w/Liz Lemon Swindle

Celebrated artist, Liz Lemon Swindle, has recently joined forces with Operation Underground Railroad to spread hope and light. The fight against child sex trafficking is truly a battle between good and evil. Liz knew she could not sit by, she wanted to get involved in the movement. She describes her experiences painting for Mothers Without Borders and how that led her here, an artist preparing to paint rescued victims of human trafficking.

  1. This was so meaningful to me, hearing the story of how he was walking up the road and the boys ran to him, and how he carried the boy around for so long, even though he was fatigued. I hadn’t put two and two together on Liz Lemon Swindle’s work. I actually have her painting, "Against the Wind," on my shelf, in my closet where I can see it each morning. I found it at a conference that I attended a couple of years ago, when I was seeking comfort and solace.
